The objective was to create scopes and opportunities of the partner organizations (governmental schools, colleges, technical centers and polytechnic institute, NGOs, private sector, professionals, parents/community) to participate in the design and implantation of the educational issues. The program was jointly sponsored by Asia Foundation, The Aga Khan Foundation, Faran Education Society, and Sindh Provincial Government with Karachi University and Pakistan Literacy Commission as the lead role
