ChangeMaker is devoted to set up a development framework to encourage a pattern-setting system to strengthen and engage the civil society organizations, Private Sector Enterprises, Government Agencies, Educational and Research Institutes in the mainstream Human, Social and Economic Development.
ChangeMaker’s objective is to address the urgent and critical issues of the community in an integrated way and provide a platform and enabling environment to encourage participation of the target community to take the programs on their own.
The key focus of ChangeMaker is to incrementally link the current development programs to a meaningful market driven process, which can serve as a vehicle for effective social and economic development for a wider cross-section of the community – man-women, privileged and marginalized.

The SMEs, particularly in the rural areas of Bangladesh are increasingly investing more and more on advertisement services in the highly competitive market.It has been identified through different researches that "lack of capacity to deliver quality design service" is one of the major impediments of the SMEs.
